This page explains what Varnell Law collects through this website and how it’s used.

What the site collects

When you send the contact form, the office receives what you type: your name, email, and anything else you add. The website host keeps ordinary visit logs, such as pages viewed and browser type.

How it’s used

Only to reply to you and to check for conflicts before a first meeting. The office doesn’t sell your information or share it with advertisers.

How long it’s kept

Messages from people who don’t become clients are deleted after a year. Client files are kept as the rules for lawyers require.
